Jessica Bonesteel, LPC

Hello! I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about supporting women through every stage of life—from teens and preteens to the elderly and end-of-life transitions. I believe that every woman is beautifully complex and uniquely crafted, deserving to be seen, heard, and cherished. Regardless of the struggles you may face, my goal is to create a safe space where you can find hope, peace, guidance, encouragement, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Counseling truly resonates with my personality. People often describe me as easy to talk to, honest, warm, trustworthy, insightful, and peaceful. Since 1997, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, including church, hospitals, and private practice. I am also certified in EMDR and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). My clients come in and share their stories—offering their pain, struggles, hopes, and dreams. It is an honor to listen deeply and walk alongside them in their journeys. In our sessions, I strive to create a collaborative environment where you are in the driver’s seat. I actively listen, take a holistic view of your life, and problem-solve together. My aim is to encourage you to see yourself and the world through the lens of grace and truth as you embark on positive, renewing action steps. I also incorporate prayer and faith into our conversations as much as you feel comfortable, honoring your personal beliefs.

I’ve been happily married for over 25 years and am a proud mom to three wonderful daughters—two through adoption and one biological, including one with autism. My faith and my relationship with Jesus are the foundation of my life, and you’ll see this reflected in my active involvement in the community. I teach elementary kids at my church, facilitate a small group in a multi-generational women’s Bible study, volunteer in booster clubs and boards at my children’s schools, serve as an Assistant Scoutmaster in a Scouting America girls troop, and pray with my Moms in Prayer group. In my downtime, I enjoy reading, researching, and spending quality time with family and friends (including my beloved dogs). I cherish a good cup of coffee, love camping, and feel most at home in the great outdoors.

I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth!
